Your team manages daily appointments in Notiz Randevu. Business owners set up WhatsApp and Google Calendar under Hesap → İşletme bağlantıları (Account → Business connections).

Daily use and connections

  1. Record your first booking

Select an available time in the calendar or use “Randevu oluştur” (create booking). Enter the customer’s name, calendar, date and duration. Use “Nereden geldi” to record how the customer found you, then save.

  2. Change the time or practitioner

Open the appointment to change its time, duration or calendar. If the new time overlaps another booking, check the warning and choose an available slot.

  3. Complete the day’s visits

Open each booking to mark whether the customer attended or missed the appointment. Use the cancelled status when appropriate to preserve the appointment and its source.

  4. Connect WhatsApp to your Notiz calendar

As the business owner, connect your official WhatsApp number in Business connections. Under “WhatsApp’tan randevu”, choose “Notiz Randevu takvimi”, then save the team calendar, appointment length and support phone number. To test it, send RANDEVU, choose a time and reply with the ONAY code you receive.

  5. Keep bookings in your existing software

In the same section choose “İşletmenin kendi programı”. Select the approved provider and enter credentials issued for your business. Bookings go only into that system. If an outcome is unclear, use the reference in Business connections to check your software before creating another booking.

  6. Send reminders with the customer’s permission

Choose a Meta-approved template and reminder interval in WhatsApp settings. The customer can give permission by messaging HATIRLATMALARA İZİN VER to your business number. For a Notiz appointment, you can also record the customer’s explicit permission in the booking with “İzni kaydet”. A DUR, STOP or İPTAL reply withdraws permission for that number.

  7. Enable reminders for bookings in external software

As the business owner, select your external connection under “WhatsApp’tan randevu” and enable reminders for customers who have opted in. Your software must provide both a list of upcoming bookings and a current booking lookup. Before sending, Notiz checks the appointment is active, verifies its time and recipient number and checks consent. It skips cancelled bookings and does not send when the current source cannot be verified. The appointment stays in your external software.

  8. Sync a dedicated Google calendar

Create a secondary calendar for your business in Google Calendar. Copy its ID from Settings → Integrate calendar, enter it in the Notiz Google Calendar connection and authorise an account with write access. Start time, duration and cancellations sync both ways. Names, phone numbers, appointment titles and notes stay private. Only one-off timed events with no guests and a duration of up to 12 hours sync. All-day, recurring and guest events stay in Google.

  9. Track balances in Cari Hesap

As the business owner, open Hesap → Cari Hesap, select the customer and record the service provided and payments you have received. The customer account shows the remaining balance. A payment entry records money already collected.
